Disciplines will include mountain biking, trekking, swimming, and canoeing.
Navigation with topographical map and compass will be a crucial part of the entire course.
The course is beautiful; youll have the pleasure of dealing with some great wooded navigation as well as some solid mountain biking on all sorts of terrain - but minimal paved roads!
You wont go home disappointed.
