Triathlon Freestyle Stroke Clinic and Underwater Video Analysis
This two part clinic is designed for triathletes of all abilities.
Beginners will learn the fundamental technique of freestyle
swimming and experienced athletes will improve their
form to get faster. Underwater video analysis of your swim
technique will enable you to “see” your form and make
corrections as needed, often with dramatic results! In Part
1 of the clinic, you will learn, practice, and perform for the
camera. Coaches will analyze your video that day. You
then have 2 weeks to review your technique and practice
your form. In Part 2 you return to the pool to fine tune
your swim, followed by a second video analysis to see
your improvements!
