packet pickup and (optional) bike inspection
Triathlon Distances
1/4 mile swim , Bike 12 miles and 5K Run
Duathlon Distances
2 mile Run , Bike 12 miles and 5K Run
Both Races

6:30 - 7:30 am check-in, packet pickup and race day registration

7:45 am pre-race briefing

8:00 am races start(3-5 waves based on # of entrants)
The swim is in a fresh water lake.
The bike will be contested on roads
though scenic farmland.
The run(s) will go mostly on roads through the woods.
The course is flat and fast.

Bike
Old Course!
Exit Park right onto Almond Rd and go approx. 1.5 miles and make right onto Alvine Rd go
less then a mile and make right onto route 56 go about 1/2 mile and make right onto
Big Oak Rd (route 658). (see next map)
Stay on 658 until Centerton Road and make a right (route 553) go for a few miles then make right onto
Almond road and finish at the park.
Run
Make right out of transition and follow path around the lake and then onto asphalt road go to turnaround
and return the same way only cut to right approx. 100 yards short of start for the finish.

Directions:

From North: Route 42 South to 55 south to exit 35B Garden Rd. Route 674 West. Go 1/2 mile to Gershal Ave.
(White Church on corner) and make a left. Go 1.8 miles to Almond Rd. (Blinking Light) Route 540 and make a
right. Go through yellow blinking light approx. 2.6 miles and parking lot on Right. Park on Right.
