First wave begins at 9 a.m. 6 participants per wave
Enjoy the state-of-the-art facilities at the newly renovated Y as you swim for 10 minutes, bike for 20 minutes on Expresso bikes and run/walk on the treadmill for 15 minutes!
Prizes: for top overall male and female and top two in each age division: Male and Female 14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 and 70 & over
Cost: $20 for any Y member (including Fit to be Tried members); $30 non-members
Registration: opens Dec. 12. Deadline to register is Jan. 14.
EARLY BIRD SPECIAL: First 40 to register will receive a long-sleeved Indoor Triathlon T-shirt. Register early to be guaranteed a T-shirt!
