Course Info:

This triathlon features a 1/4 mile swim, followed by a 10 mile closed course bike completely inside of Tradewinds Park, then finishes with a 3 mile closed course run.
The swim is a 1/4 mile swim in Tradewinds’ lake. It is a great race for first timers as the water is flat with no current or waves, so it makes for an easy swim. Duathletes will start with a short 1/2 mile run instead of the 1/4 mile swim.
The bike course makes 2 loops around the south and north ends of Tradewinds Park. The course is closed to cars and is completely contained inside of the park. There are also no hard u-turns on the course, making for a fast and easy bike split.
The run course goes along the path next to the lake in a counter-clockwise fashion. Athletes will complete 2 laps here as well to make 3 miles.
