2012 Life Time Indoor Tri - Coon Rapids, MN:

  • Join the nations largest Indoor Tri series for the fastest 60 minutes of your LifeTime!
  • Our time-based event is a perfect introduction to triathlon for beginners or a great training session for veteran athletes.
  • Volunteers are on hand to record distance traveled in each area and scores are assigned for the distance.
  • When all three disciplines are complete, scores are tallied and ranked.

  • 10-minute swim in lap pool
  • 10-minute transition (swim to bike)
  • 30-minute bike in cycle fitness studio
  • 5-minute transition (bike to run)
  • 20-minute treadmill run
