2012 Ironman 70.3 Rhode Island:
2012 will mark the 5th running of the Amica Ironman 70.3 Rhode Island.
Providence provides a scenic backdrop for a fun and challenging course through the a majority of the State of Rhode Island and it's capital city.

The 1.2 mile swim is held at Lincoln Woods in Lincoln, RI. This state park is located about 10 minutes north of Providence and the finish line.
From there the 56 mile bike takes athletes into the western part of the state on quiet, rolling roads before returning to the City of Providence.
Transitioning to the run at the State House, athletes will then complete the 13.1 mile run the 2 loop course through the streets of Providence.
The finish line is located directly in front of the State House.

Athlete check-in will be Friday July 6 from 12pm to 6pm and Saturday July 7 from 9am - 5pm.
Athlete check-in is located at the Rhode Island Convention Center in Downtown Providence. 1 Sabin St, Providence 02903.
