Course Info:

While the course is 11 miles, roughly 20% of it is fast with no extended climbs.
The bike course starts out with a fast mile on pavement, giving plenty of time to acclimate the legs to the bike.
Riders will then enter a doubletrack section of trail around the lake where they can maintain their speed though the woods.
Next comes the dam crossing where there are good spots for passing until the course turns on to narrow singletrack.
The only climbing is at the end where riders will go up Johnson´s Mountain and continue up a ½ mile paved climb to ride down fast singletrack with a few small rock drops before returning to the transition/finish area on a paved road.
