- Race number will be written on your arm (no race bibs).
- 10-minute swim in pool 7-min transition 20 minute spinner bike ride 5-min transition 15 minute treadmill run Combined total of pool lengths, bike distance and running distance is declared the winner.
- RECOVERY ROOM with bagels, fruit and drinks.
- AWARDS LUNCH Participants meal is provided.
- Family and friends may RSVP and buy additional plates for $5 each.
- Awards information1BBQ Awards Lunch included @ 12:00 noon! Awards given for Overall, Masters and Teen; Male and Female; 1st-3rd Place.
- Family members who are non-participants may eat for $5 each.
