Description:	The Spring Fever Sprint Triathlon is ideal for the new triathlete, as well as the seasoned veteran looking for an early season competition.
Course Info:	COURSE INFORMATION: The SWIM is a 400 meter snake swim in the Claremore Recreation Center pool. The BIKE ride is a 12 mile ride over small rolling hills - the course has been known to be slightly windy. The RUN is a 2 mile flat run through the neighborhood surrounding the recreation center.
Directions:	Claremore is approximately 30 minutes northeast of Tulsa
