    • Course Information:


    Swim:
  • The swim will take place inside the park in the very clean and clear Wedington lake.
  • Swim course is a point to point.
  • One single transition area.

    Bike:
  • The bike course has smooth, fast pavement on lightly traveled paved roads with flat and rolling terrain.
  • Expect one fairly significant climb.

    Run:
  • The run course is completely inside the park.
  • It is a two-loop course on paved roads with a very tough hill on each lap, but with the remainder of the course on rolling, partially shaded terrain.
