About the 19th Annual US Coast Guard MWR Duathlon
Make this event the kickoff to your Memorial Day celebrations. Conveniently located on the Coast Guard base just over the Bourne Bridge, the race starts early enough that you miss the Cape traffic still have the rest of the holiday weekend to enjoy while savoring the memories of your duathlon.

The Race Course
The run is a quick two mile loop with a bit of a hill leading back to the transition area. The bike course is a two loop course. It is fairly flat and fast with virtually no traffic. Expect windy conditions to add to the fun.
