Freestyle Stroke Clinic
This freestyle stroke clinic is designed to help you focus on building your freestyle technique so that you work less and swim faster. During this 4 week session, three important components to swimming most efficiently will be highlighted. This building block approach will emphasize breath control and breathing, body position and rotation, along with a strong and effective underwater pull. This clinic offers a skill based technique training approach which utilizes drill sets and interval training to provide the necessary tools to help you become a more efficient swimmer.
Athlete Profile: Participants must be able to swim 200 yards non-stop.
Date: Sunday, Jan 29th, Feb 5th, 12th & 26th
Time: Two time slots: 1:15-2:45pm OR 2:30-4:00pm
