New to Time Trialing or wanting to enhance your TT skills?
Wenzel Coach David Hart will teach and discuss various aspects of completing a time trial. All abilities of riders welcome. Join him for hands-on This is the course for the Jack Frost TT on February 26th. This is also the same venue as the weekly Vancouver Bicycle Club Time Trial which starts in the spring.
Just a few of the topics that will be covered:
o Time Trial equipment
o Starting & finishing
o Heart rate monitors (and power)
o Position on bike
o Pre race nutrition
o and, of course, your questions and concerns
Discussion will happen prior to riding out to do the course and then after. Plan on about 2 hours total. Dress accordingly as we will be standing around at times. There will be a tent if it is raining. Bring enough food/water. We will ride the full time trial course (12 miles) so those who haven’t done the course before will know it for race day. I will be riding with you to give tips and other helpful advice and feedback.
