I bought a plane ticket, paid for a hotel and rental car to come out and participate in this race. Ragin' Warrior stated that this race was 11.5 miles, when it was more around 6. Of the 24 "extreme" obstacles listed only 12 of those where at the race. I had to find someone to get registered and when I crossed the finish line with a guy from the first heat, there was no one there. The race was so poorly set up, that the first heat got lost multiple times and if I did not have the guy on the ATV in front of me(I love choking on exhaust when I run, I would have also been lost. After the race there was no concerts, shooting range, bunker busting, beer or awards. All were stated on the website. I paid for a 11.5 mile adventure race not a 6 mile cluster. It's great that they are offering gas cards and free entry into the GA event, but that event is 1,918 miles from my house and I am not taking the time off work. Save yourself the headache

Sure, there were some problems, partly because the land owner only allowed the Ragin Warriors to set up obstacles within only a few day period which they probably didn't expect at all. At least they are offering gas cards and a free pass to the next Ragin Warrior in Georgia. Even though there were some problems, it was a fun crowd.
