Plattsmouth Sprint Triathlon coarse is scenic with plenty of hills that will challenge all levels of racers.
Race Solo or Relay the coarse.

Take the Plattsmouth Sprint Course Hill Challenge!!!
Swim 300 yard- Snake swim in our beautiful outdoor Twin Rivers Water Park pool.
Bike 15 Miles Out and Back rolling hills course on scenic county roads. Helmets Required.
Run 3 miles Out and Back course through Plattsmouth Historical neighborhood streets and trails with challenging hills.

- Packet Pick-ups: Friday June 22nd, 5:30am-7:00pm Located at the Plattsmouth Community Center 308 S 18th Street. Plattsmouth, Ne 68048.
- Day of Plattmouth Sprint Triathlon- Transition Area/Check-in opens at 6:00am and closes at 7:45am.
- Manditory Race Meeting 7:45am
- 2012 Sprint Triathlon start: 8am
- Post Sprint Triathlon Awards Party: Elite 11am Non-Elite and Teams 12:00pm
- Lunch will be provided for all athletes.
- Friends and Family of athletes: $2.50 per meal.
- Everyone swims for FREE!!!
