DO MORE, BE MORE - TRI-AT-THE-Y
Sprint Triathlon at the Floyd County YMCA, Sunday, April 3rd at 10:00 a.m.
All proceeds benefit the Strong Kids Campaign ofthe YMCA of Southern Indiana.

Winter format, Super Sprint Triathlon (Bike 8 mi., Run 2 mi., Swim 300 Yards)

Course Info:

Bike First:
Cycling -Begin at New Albany Riverfront starting line heading west on Water Street proceed WSW on West Water Street/Floyd Street turn right on Jackson Street and left on Galiger Station Road.
Turn around at the designated point near the end of Galiger Station Road and return to the starting point on East Water Street on the same path.
Stay to the right.
Repeat three times.
Distance is approximately 8 miles.
Route is basicly flat.
Transition Cycling to Running
Run Second:
Running-Begin at New Albany Riverfront starting line on Water Street heading East on East Water Street.
Turn around at the designated point just after the RR bridge and return on the same path, staying to the right.
Proceed beyond the starting line to the levee stairs.
WALK down the stairs to the designated YMCA entrance.
Distance is approximately 2 miles.
Route is basicly flat.
Transition Running to Swimming.
Swim Last:
300 yard Indoor pool swim.

Directions from I-64E: At the corner of State and Main in New Albany. Take exit 123 toward New Albany and continue straight on 5th Street. Turn left onto Main Street. Turn right on State Street.
Directions from I-64W: At the corner of State and Main in New Albany. Take exit 123 toward New Albany and continue straight on Elm Street. Turn right on State Street.

2011 Enrty Fees:
$30 for YMCA members before March 7th ($40 after)
$40 for Non-members, before March 7th - ($50 after)
All event proceeds go to supporting the YMCA's Strong Kids programs.
Divisions:
Ages 12 and up. - There will be age groupings for every 5 years. Male and Female.
No refunds due to weather or acts of nature.
Entries may be transferred.
Chip timed event.
