The events include a 500-meter swim in open water; a 17-mile bike ride on pavement; and a four-mile run on off-road terrain.
The event is open to military and civilian divisions, men’s and women’s divisions and mixed division.

Directions:

Lake Elmer Thomas Recreation Area (LETRA)
Interstate 44 to Medicine Park.
Head west to Apache Gate, Fort Sill (Directly south of Burger King).
Once through Apache Gate, take immediate right hand turn.
Follow road to Lake Elmer Thomas Recreation Area (LETRA)
