  • The correct date for the Wish it Dream it Do it! Duathlon is September 23, 2012.
  • Start with a two mile run.
  • Then bike 13.7 through the Rhode Island countryside.
  • Finish with another 2-mile run.
  • USAT rules in affect.

    Course description:

    Run:
  • The 1st 2 mile run is slightly uphill to start, then a nice downhill to the transition area.

    Bike:
  • The bike is a beautiful ride throughout Smithfield.
  • Some hills, with a nice curvy downhills that will leave you breathless.
  • The final mile is somewhat uphill Then flat to the transition area

    Run:
  • 2nd run is the same as the first.
