Run:
The 1st 2 mile run is slightly uphill to start, then a nice downhill to the transition area.
Bike:
The bike is a beautiful ride throughout Smithfield. Some hills, with a nice curvy downhills that will leave you breathless. The final mile is somewhat uphill Then flat to the transition area
Run:2nd run is the same as the first.
