500yd Swim, indoor, 25yd, 10-lane, pool swim. 3.1 mile run.

Part of the Lompoc Parks & Recreation Fitness series.

The junior Splash & Dash will be follow the conclusion of the Spring Splash & Dash run awards (approximately 10:30AM).

Course Information:

Spring Splash & Dash

Starting with a 500yd Swim in the indoor, 25yd 10-lane, 81 degree pool swim. Volintees will count laps for the participents.

Followed by three loops of a one mile coures. total distance 3.1 mile run.

Lompoc Junior Splash & Dash:

Four lengths of a 25 yard, indoor, 10-lane swim pool.

Followed by a 1-kilo run, out and back

Other Info:

Awards for the top three in each age group.

Age groups are 10 & U, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 +

T-Shirts for all participants.
