EnduraHealth Summit will provide guidance and information on training, preparation, nutrition and recovery for endurance athletes, ranging from first-time triathletes and marathoners to ?weekend warriors,? and help them to prepare and remain healthy this race season. The summit will include a Meet & Greet with local professional triathletes and a Q&A with several renowned doctors from Virginia Hospital Center.
