300 yd pool swim - 14.8 mile bike - 5K run:
The swim will be located in the Aquatic Center of the TJ Davis Recreation Center.
The 14.8 mile Bike Course will be an out and back that allows for both town and country settings. The course will give participants a taste of rolling hills and flat terrain. This is a scenic but challenging bike course, crossing over beautiful Roanoke Rapids Lake.
The Run will be one 3.1 mile loop. This run course will be a challenge to all. The rolling hills course will take you through local communities and along the scenic Roanoke River development.

Roanoke Rapids is located off of Interstate 95 in eastern North Carolina - 10 miles from the Virginia Line.
