400 yard swim/15 mile bike/ 5K run The Keller Williams Heart and Sole Triathlon will offer a great experience wheather it is the first triathlon of your season or your life. The 400 yard swim will be in the Falling Springs indoor heated pool. The 15 mile bike course will be on the roads through the beautiful country side of Woodford County and through historic downtown Versailles. The 5K run will be on the rolling cross country course at Falling Springs.
