Course Info:

The swim in the crystal clear waters of Redfish Lake will be cool, and wetsuits will be required. Water temperatures will be between 55-60 degrees this time of year, thus it will be a water start to get your body acclimated.
Watch the website for updates on the water temperatures.
Females will start 11 minutes prior to the first male wave. Additional wave starts will be announced at packet pick-up if necessary.
It is an out-and-back swim with a beach exit and the transition area close.
The 40k bike course is mostly flat, quite fast, and beautiful.
Leaving the transition area after the swim, the athletes will ride an out-and-back course that takes them through the scenic Sawtooth Valley, where there will be snow-capped mountains behind the blooming mountain wildflowers.
The run is a one loop course for the Sprint and a two loop course for the Olympic that circumnavigates the Forest Service roads around Redfish Lake.
It is all on paved roads and will feature several great viewing sites for friends and family.
