The run is on grass surfaces.  It is actually the high school cross country course.  The bike takes place on county blacktop and concrete surfaces. It is an 8 mile loop. The swim is completed in the West Union Aquatic Center and is completed in a serpentine fashion using all eight lanes of our facility.  You end with zero entry depth exit at the pool edge.

If entering West Union from the North on Highway 18

Turn left at the intersection of Hwys 18 & 150 (4-way stop signs). At second stop light, turn left. Drive north about 1 mile on Pine Street and the Aquatic Center and Recreational Area will be on your right.

If entering West Union from the South on Highway 18

Turn right at the intersection of Hwys 18 & 150 (4-way stop signs). At second stop light, turn left. Drive north about 1 mile on Pine Street and the Aquatic Center and Recreational Area will be on your right.

If entering West Union from the West on Highway 150

At the intersection of Hwys 18 & 150 (4-way stop signs), continue west on Hwy 150 to second stop light. Turn left and drive north about 1 mile on Pine Street. The Aquatic Center and Recreational Area will be on your right.

If entering West Union from the East on Highway 150

At the first stop light, turn right. Drive north on Pine Street about 1 mile. The Aquatic Center and the Recreational Area will be on your right.

You can unload bicycles, camping gear, etc., at the Recreational Area and long-term parking will be in the high school parking lot.
