This 5 week swim class will be designed for the beginner to beginner/intermediate woman looking to improve swimming. We will cover swim drills such as balance/body position, bilateral breathing, and overall comfort in the water as well as the base mechanics of swimming and kicking freestyle to prepare you for triathlon season.
