Triathlon Boot Camps offer a unique combination of individual analysis, group training and interactive instruction for multisport athletes of all abilities. Attendees will learn from and train alongside some of the top multisport coaches and health professionals in the United States.
Triathlon Boot Camp | Pace Camp is a two-day camp designed for athletes who want to improve their strength and speed while staying healthy and avoiding injury. It includes field testing in all three disciplines to determine each athlete’s optimal training and racing zones/paces together with scenic outdoor bike and run workouts and indoor swim sessions. Triathlon Boot Camp | Pace Camp will be held on March 24-25, 2012 at Malvern Preparatory School.
