Description:

The 7th annual Foothills Sprint Triathlon is RDE's Memorial Day event. Pool sprint at John Sevier pool in Maryville, with a 350 meter pool swim and 4k “neighborhood” run sandwiched around a 10 mile rural, rolling, bike course. Great race venue for the whole family. Proceeds go to Blount Co. Boy Scouts and Maryville Team in Training. USAT sanctioned race, ChampionChip timing.  Expected participation--300
Course Info: Pool swim, time trial start.  Rolling rural bike course (no major climbs), followed by a 4k neighborhood run--two water stops.
