PIONEERS PARK, LINCOLN, NE
The course varies from hard surfaces to trails, and
travels over the park’s rolling hills.
The event begins with a 2-mile hard surface and trail
run. The bike portion then is a 12-mile ride on an asphalt
roadway. Another 2-mile hard surface and trail run
completes the contest.
The race begins at Pinewood Bowl. Use the Van Dorn
entrance to the park (1/2 mile west of Coddington St).

ENTRY FEE
$45 if received by June 15th. $60 if received
between June 16th and June 30th. NO RACE
DAY ENTRIES
Team Competition (per participant) - $25 if
received by June 15. $35 if received between
June 16 and June 30th.
Junior Division - $20 if received by June 15.
$30 if received between June 16 and June
30th.
Entry fee includes one day USAT insurance fee.
Deduct $10 if you are a member of USAT.
Deduct $5 if you are a Junior USAT member.
PACKET PICK UP
Saturday, June 30 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at
the Lincoln Running Company Downtown 1213
‘Q’ or race day, 6:00am to 7:00am.
USAT Annual members MUST show their card
at packet pick up with a PHOTO ID.
AGE GROUPS AND AWARDS
The overall male and female will both receive a
free pair of shoes from the Lincoln Running
Company.
Overall Masters female & male winner will win
a free Video Run Analysis from Tiger Coaching.
Per USAT rules, Age is determined as of
12/31/2012
Awards will also be awarded for individual age
groups: 13-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-
39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69,
70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85 & over.
TEAM COMPETITION
Participants may enter as teams: male, female,
or mixed teams.
Two per team (1) runner and (1) cyclist.
Each team member must sign a waiver form
and pay individual entry and insurance fees.
Awards will be given to the winners in each
team category.
JUNIOR (13-15 and 16-19) DIVISION
Must be within the age group on race day.
All finishers will receive a finisher’s award.
The Junior Divisions will compete at the same
time on the same course as the Age Group
competition.
RACE REQUIREMENTS
Current USAT rules apply. A copy of the USAT
rulebook will be available.
Certified bike helmets required NO EXCEPTIONS!
No drafting on the bike course!
For the safety of the athletes, the Race
Director reserves the right to delay,
modify or cancel the race without refund.
