Flying Colors Sports is proud to present the GREAT AMAZING RACE for
YOUTH to build healthier and more active families! Touring all
NFL cities in 2012, we are committed to providing opportunities for
youth to get active and experience the thrill of running in a fun and
start to finish, the race is the most invigorating activity for
families to do together, ever! Whether you run, jog, walk or watch,
it'll be an experience you will never forget! Teams consist of
mixture of kids, parents, grandparents, siblings, mentors, etc. Help
us spread the word by telling your family, family, neighbors,
teammates, classmates, and co-workers to join in the fun. The top 25
teams qualify for the National Championship Race and a chance to win
after the popular television show The Amazing Race, teams of 2 people
(adult/kid, kid/kid or adult /adult) will race around a 1 mile cross
country course that includes up to 8 fun-filled stations. The clue
cards provided at each station directs the team to perform a task
(game, relay, obstacle course, etc.) before proceeding to the next
station. The team that completes the tasks and reaches the finish
line with the fastest overall time is declared the winner.
Contestants should be prepared to get a little dirty and wet - it's
part of the fun!
ensure fairness and safety of all involved, some of the tasks are
slightly modified for youth and senior participants. The course
layout is spectator friendly, to allow family and friends to tag
along and take photos for the scrap book. This
