Duathlon : 2 mile run, 9 mile bike, 2 mile run

2012 HRC Triathlon & Duathlon :

  • This is a race aimed toward beginners.
  • The course is the same as last year with the exception of a semi challenging hill course for the bike leg.
  • We will also do a serpantine style swim in the pool.
  • We will be limiting this to 50 participants total for the Triathlon and Duathlon combined.

  • The swim will be at our local pool.
  • The bike is an out an back south of Holcomb a semi challenging hill course.
  • The run will be 2.5 miles through the town of Holcomb.
