The swim is in the Ys indoor heated pool, with temperatures around 84 degrees.
The bike is out and back on a flat, fast course.
The run is on rolling, lightly travelled country roads around the Y. |
| Directions: |
Take I-85 to exit 27, go torwards Anderson for about 7 miles.
Turn left on Reed Road, the Y will be on your right, across the road from AnMed Hospital. |
