Come celebrate the freedom we have to Run and Bike here in the U.S.A.
Sprint Distance Event.
2 mile run,13 mile bike, 2 mile run.
The run is an out and back course.
Bike is on beautiful rolling to flat terrain around New Windsor and Union Bridge, MD.
Relay and Individual divisions.

The run is an out and back loop on a fairly flat section of Green Valley Road:
