2012 Stower Seven Lakes State Trail Triathlon:
Bike portion will be 16 miles on surrounding country roads around Amery, paddle portion will be around North Twin Lake approx. 3.5 miles by kayak or canoe, run portion will be out and back on Seven Lakes Trail for total of 3.1 miles.
