The Hays Recreation Commission, in conjunction with Sara Kay Carrell of Wild Within, and Papa Murphys Take n Bake Pizza, is proud to offer our third annual Couch Potato Triathlon. Whether you are training for a triathlon or just looking to experience a fun and challenging workout, join us at the Hays Aquatic Park for the Couch Potato Triathlon. The triathlon consists of a 300 meter swim, 5 mile bike ride, and 1 mile run/walk. All participants will receive a t-shirt. Prizes will be awarded to the winner of each division (divisions set based on registrations).
