4th annual North Star Tri. Family friendly event which includes a 5K at 8am and a Kids triathlon at 12:30pm. The Tri swim is a 300 meter snake swim in our indoor aquatic center; The bike is a 12.4 mile out and back course; and the run is a 5K on fairly flat in town roads beginning and ending at the Regional Wellness Center. Volunteers will be plentiful on all courses. You may enter the Tri as a team or individual. Tri registration includes a dri fit T-shirt. Many past participants have brought their families and competed in the 5K, Tri and Kids Tri. Please visit our web site for additional information.

Course Info:

Tri Swim
· 300 yds. swim—6 laps
· The swim will be in a “Snake” format crossing under the lane ropes each lap.
It is very important that participants submit accurate 300 yd. times!
Tri Bike
· Bike course is 12 miles out and back course.
· Race volunteers will be on the course.
· Race maps will be provided.
Helmets are required and traffic laws must be obeyed
Tri Run (and 5K Run)
· Participant will run a 5K beginning at the RWC and ending at the RWC.
· Course will be well marked and fairly flat with a water station provided.
