Iowa's Best Dam Tri 2012 - Triathlon:

  • The 1st annual Iowa's Best Dam Triathlon will be held on September 16, 2012 at the Coralville Dam.

    • Course Information:



  • The swim is an out and back for the sprint distance and triangular for the Olympic.
  • The challenging bike course is scenic and features several rolling hills.
  • The run course is on all paved roads and trails with rolling hills.

    Trihawks Triathlon:
  • In past years there was a race held in this general vicinity called the "TriHawks Triathlon".
  • The "Iowa's Best Dam Tri" 2012 race has no affiliation the UI Triathlon Club or the former TriHawks Triathlon.
  • This Race will likey be much safer & better run.
