Swim:
The swim will take place in a 6-lane, 25 meter pool and will be staffed by certified lifeguards.  The pool is not available for warm ups.

Not a strong swimmer?  No problem!  Swim aids available for any swimmer to request; noodles, kickboards, or float belts.  For safety, only provided aids will be allowed.  Plenty of lifeguards will be available to assist all swimmers!

Run:
The run will take place on grass trails, groomed and marked per age group distance and staffed by volunteers.

Transition:
Transition areas will be marked by COLOR to make finding each athlete's gear easier.  Athletes will be assigned a color.  Volunteers will staff the transition area during the race to assist athletes in finding their gear and helping with some basics (tie shoes, apply sunscreen).
Body marking will be done in transition prior to the race start.
