Norfolk Family YMCA Triathlon:
Saturday June 6, 2009 at 8am
Race will start and end at the Norfolk Family YMCA.
You may participate as an individual or as a team with each person competing in one leg.
All ages are welcome.

Run and bike courses are mostly flat.
Long Course: 500 yard swim, 10 mile bike and 2.5 mile run.
Short Course: 150 yard swim, 3 mile bike and 1 mile run.
