Directions:
From I-10 East or West & I-49 South: Take Exit 103A in Lafayette and go north on I-49 for 18 miles to Exit 18 at Creswell Lane in Opelousas. Take exit ramp, turn left (west) onto Creswell Lane and follow Creswell Lane to 5th light at intersection with La. Hwy. 182. Turn left (south) on La. Hwy 182 and go 1 mile to Heather Drive. Turn left on Heather Drive, health club on right.
From I-49 North: From Shreveport, Alexandria, etc. go south on I-49. Take Exit 18 at Creswell Lane in Opelousas. Take exit ramp, turn right(west) onto Creswell Lane and follow Creswell Lane to 3rd light at intersection with La. Hwy. 182. Turn left (south) on La. Hwy. 182 and go 1 mile to Heather Drive. Turn left on Heather Drlive, health club on right.
