2009 Regional YMCA Beginner Sprint Triathlon:
This is a perfect beginner race that includes a pool swim with 25 yard lanes.
It is early in the season and a great way for beginners to get involved in the sport and a great warm-up race for veterans
Beginner triathlon starts at 8am.

Race Course:
The swim will be in an indoor 25 yard pool. Each athlete will start 10 seconds apart and will "snake" your way through 6 lanes, each lane will be going one direction. No fins, wetsuits or buoys allowed.
The bike will be on a rolling hill course - (small and moderate hills).
The run will be through a residental neiborhood and is mostly flat with some rolling hills.

Regional YMCA:
Exit 7 off I-84 East and West.
Take Exit 11 (Federal Road), at light take left then 2nd light take Right onto Federal Road.
Go 1.5 miles (past Costco), veer left onto Old New Milford Road (in front of Tequilas restaurant).
YMCA is on the left.
