This is a great event for beginners trying a triathlon for the first time and for the experienced a great beginning of the season event.

Sprint Triathlon:
The pool swim is 250 yards.
The 10 mile bike has a few rolling hills.
The 30mile run has 1 hill.
Kid's Triathlon: (determined by age)
7 - 10: Swim 50 yards, Bike 1 mile, Run ½ mile
11-14: Swim 100 yards, Bike 3 miles, Run 1 mile

Directions:

Greater Lowell Vocational School:
Take Route 3 to exit 32.
Take Drum Hill Rd. straight to Rourke Bridge.
Go over bridge take a left and go 2 miles to school on right.
