1/3 mile swim, 17 mile bike, 3 mile run
Time trial start. Rectangular course wiih buoys and lifeguards.
Bike and run have flats and hills.
Bike course has minimal traffic and run has no traffic.

Hattiesburg lies at the crossroads of Interstate 59 and Highway 49 in southeast Mississippi
I-59 to Hattiesburg.
Take the exit for Hwy 98 West.
Travel approx. 12 miles.
Chevron station is on your right. Go 1/2 mile past and turn left onto Purvis-Oloh Rd.
Travel 2.5 miles, and HERITAGE is on your left.
Follow the signs!
