Sharon Sprint Triathlon 2009 Race Course:
The swim will be from the Sharon Town Beach on Mudge Pond.
The transition area will be 100 yards from the beach.
The bike will go right out of beach on Mudge Pond Rd., becoming Indian Mountain Rd. at the Lakeville Town Line. Three miles out take right on rt112, right on rt41 south in to Sharon, right on West Main in Sharon, quick right on rt361 to Mudge Pond Rd. back to beach.
Run takes the right out of lot, taking a right on to Long Pond Rd., becoming Valley Rd. Take a right on Mudge Town Rd. and left on Mudge Pond Rd. back to the beach. The course offers rolling hills and scenic views.

Sharon Town Beach:
The Sharon Town Beach is located on the north end of Mudge Pond, sometimes called Silver Lake.
You enter the beach off Mudge Pond Rd., which is accessed off rt361, Millerton Rd.
The beach is a short five minutes from the intersection of rt.'s 4 and 41 off the green in Sharon.
