Each leg lasts 20 minutes.
Distance covered over 20 minutes will be measured in each leg.
RELAY TEAMS ENCOURAGED!
Individual competitors will race against other individuals

20 minutes on Schwinn Group Exercise bike;
20 minutes on indoor track (18 laps/mile)

From Lexington take Paris Pike (Rt. 27) to Paris, approximately 16 miles.
YMCA situated at 917 Main Street and 10th Street.
