7-10: 100 meter swim - 3 mile bike - ½ mile run
11-14: 200 meter swim - 4 mile bike - 1 mile run
15-18: 300 meter swim - 5 mile bike - 2 mile run
Family (non-competitive, up to 4): 300 meter swim - 5 mile bike - 2 mile run
