Course Info:

Triangle, open-water swim followed by an out and back run on trails and pavement.
Water temperature is usually warm enough to swim without a wetsuit.
The course is flat and fast and easy to see where the competition is.

From Missoula:
Head west on I-90 to exit 99.
Take a right off the exit and a left onto Frontage Road.
Drive about 1.5 miles and turn into Frenchtown Pond State Park on your left.

No dogs allowed in Park - not even in your car.
Race bag pickup from 8-9:30 (race day).
Race day registration ok, but no guarantee of entry prize.
