The 2012 Bluegrass Challenge Adventure Race will be held at Life Adventure Center of the Bluegrass in Versailles, Kentucky.
An adventure race is a team-based challenge where you hike, paddle, & bike. The Bluegrass Challenge includes challenge course elements, corn maze, & other events.
Actual miles traveled depend on your team's choices. You choose what checkpoints to visit and how to get there. Racers must compete as part of a team (2-3 people). Divisions include: female, male, coed, & family. Don't worry if you're not an endurance athlete or runner. Adventure races include breaks, stops, and different modes of transportation. Points are accumulated throughout the 3-hour race. Teams must finish before noon in order to avoid point deductions. The team with the most points in each division will be named division champion.
August 25, 2012. Registration 8am. Race 9am. $60/person on race day. $50/person pre-register. Registration includes entrance fee, t-shirt, and sweet swag. Bring your friends and family. They get in free!
