2012 Bath Area YMCA Triathlon:
This is the Bath Area Family YMCA's fifth annual USAT sanctioned sprint distance triathlon for ages 15 and up. Register for the full sprint tri (swim, bike, run), the duathlon (run, bike, run), or the relay..

Course Info:

The swim (525 yards) will use the Bath YMCA pool.
The bike segment (10 mile bike) will be along local scenic roads.
New 5K run segment will be scenic along the Kennebec River

Directions:
|
From the South: Take Rte. 1 into Bath, take the Congress Street exit, veer right. Travel approx. 1/10 mile, take a right onto Congress Avenue. Go approximately ¼ mile to the blinking light, take a right onto Centre St. The YMCA is located on the left in approximately ¼ mile.
From the North: Take Rte. 1 to Bath, go over large bridge, take 1st exit as you pass McDonalds on right (Congress Ave/Richardson St. exit). Veer right off of exit onto Congress Avenue, travel approximately ¼ mile to the blinking light, take a right onto Centre St. The YMCA is located on the left in approximately ¼ mile.
From Augusta: From 295, take the Brunswick/Gardiner exit and then take the Bath/Cook’s Corner exit. You’re now on Rte. 1 and should follow the “From the South” directions above. Or you can take Rte. 27 south to Wiscasset. At the intersection of Rte. 27 & Rte. 1, turn right onto Rte. 1 South. Stay on this road until you go over the large bridge and then follow the “From the North” directions, above.
