Triathlon : Swim 400 Yards, Bike 13 Miles, Run 3.1 Miles

400 yard pool swim. 13 mile bike, flat course, one hill. 3 mile flat run
The swim will be a serpentine swim. Please put an accurate swim time on your registration!!
The bike route goes west on 21st N to 215th st., then north on 215th st. to 29th st. Then east on 29th st. to 167th st. Then south on 167th st to 21st and east on 21 st back to the YMCA. Run course goes east on 21st st. to 135th st and then north on 135th st to 29th st and then turn around and go back to the YMCA.
